ARCHITECTURAL IMPROVEMENT REMINDER

If you are considering an exterior improvement project, be sure to review the Architectural Procedure first.  Click "Architectural Approvals" on the menu to the left to review the procedure and obtain the necessary form.
 
Any outside changes you wish to make must be submitted to the HOA ARC Committee for prior written approval before a project can be started.
